My name is Marvin! I am a female Quaker Parakeet. I am said to be around 8 years old. I love being held and cuddled. I will sit on your shoulder snuggled in to your neck. I could be a couch potato with my person if allowed for long periods of time. I can be cage aggressive like other Quakers but usually I come out pretty easy. I can chatter up a storm with words and sounds. When I want to come out I will say Wake up over and over really fast. I will not do well in a home with larger birds. I don't mind having a couple of budgies to watch though. I can get loud so I will not do well in an apartment.

Note: We do not ship parrots and generally adopt only within a 200-mile radius of Fargo, North Dakota. A pre-adoption home visit by a member of our adoption committee is required for every adoption. Adoptions are not first come, first served; we strive to find the most appropriate home for each parrot.
