Cleo is a Congo African Grey (CAG). Cleo doesn't really play with toys and is a bit scared of other birds. He likes to get scritches on his head when either on a perch or more solid ground. Cleo may not do well with someone in an apartment because of the loud alarm sound he makes when he would like to be left alone. He tends to pluck when there is too much commotion going on and prefers a nice, quiet home. Treats sure do make him excited, but it may take some time for him to get comfortable and used to the surroundings. Note: Adoptions are not 'first come, first served'; we strive to find the most appropriate home for each parrot. We do not ship parrots and generally adopt only within a 200-mile radius of Fargo, North Dakota. A pre-adoption, home visit by a member of our adoption committee is required for every adoption.

We charge an Adoption Fee for each adoptable parrot.  Adoption Fees are based on the discretion of the Board of Directors.
