NOTE: Can Be Adopted Separately

Meet Pepper a 35 year old male Blue and Gold Macaw and Maya a 25 year old female Blue and Gold Macaw. They are very nice especially away from their cages. They prefer to step on to a bare arm verses one covered by a sweatshirt or long sleeve.  Maya has quite a bit to say. She puts her wings up and yells "Oh my god!" She will also say Hi as loud as she can. Pepper is a bit more reserved and laid back. Because they are macaws they can get loud and will not do well in an apartment.

Please Note:

Adoptions are not 'first come, first served'; we strive to find the most appropriate home for each parrot. We do not ship parrots and generally adopt only within a 200-mile radius of Fargo, ND. 

A pre-adoption, home visit by a member of our Adoption Committee is required for every adoption.  

We charge an Adoption Fee for each adoptable parrot.  Adoption Fees are based on the discretion of the Board of Directors.
