My name is Harley! I am a DNA'd male Blue and Gold Macaw. My age is unknown. I am an escape artist when it comes to my cage so my cage will need special locks. I love cardboard boxes, puzzle toys and wood toys to play with. I can say Hi, Hello, Step up and Come here. I love fresh food like Kale, Butternut Squash, Peas, Dandelion greens, Cauliflower and much more. I also like whole nuts as a treat. I love showers! I will tolerate both men and women. Because I am a Macaw I can scream very loud so I will not do well in an apartment. (Harley is in foster care so please contact us prior to coming to visit if you wish to meet him.)

Adoptions are not 'first come, first served'; we strive to find the most appropriate home for each parrot. We do not ship parrots and generally adopt only within a 200-mile radius of Fargo, ND. 

A pre-adoption, home visit by a member of our Adoption Committee is required for every adoption.  

We charge an Adoption Fee for each adoptable parrot.  Adoption Fees are based on the discretion of the Board of Directors.
