My name is Harvey! I am an older Indian Ringneck Parakeet. I prefer women but will sit on almost anyone's shoulder. I make kissing sounds, whistles and I can say pretty bird. I can get loud with my call so an apartment might not work for me. I am looking for a home where I can be a couch potato with my chosen person. Are you the person I am looking for?
